UCS integrates extensive functions for software distribution within UCS domains. This includes the automatic, profile-based installation of UCS systems, simple, system-wide updates of the UCS installations and policy-based software distribution.
All the settings and policies can be made/configured via the Univention Management Console or the command line-based interface of the management system and are available system-wide immediately.
