Using the Univention Enterprise Support solution, you receive the support you need for the successful implementation of your projects – from the analysis of your existing IT infrastructure, to consulting during the planning of a new architecture, to implementation and ongoing operation. Depending on which UCS subscription model you choose, you benefit from an individual scope of support. You can choose from our two UCS Enterprise subscriptions.
Working together with our global partner network, we offer you comprehensive consulting and support services for the use of our products. These services range from short-term answers to your questions, planning, conception and software adaptations to turnkey solutions including their operation. On request, our Technical Account Management will provide you with personal support tailored to your customer situation.
As promised by our slogan “be open”, openness is also very important to us in the product area and in dealing with our customers. That is why we offer you various possibilities for exchanging ideas with other experts and developers: Be it in the Univention help forum, via Bugzilla or in Github.
Are you interested in using UCS or UCS@school in your organization and successfully administering it yourself? Learn all the necessary theoretical and practical basics in our training courses and lay the foundation for effective use. For IT specialists in the education sector as well as school administrators and teaching staff, we offer special training courses for the installation and administration of UCS@school.
