What do you do as Head of Finance and HR?
With my teams I am responsible for all processes and issues in the area of Finance and HR. A typical day spans from 1-2-1 meetings to workshops to alignments within the team and beyond and to designing the future of my teams and the company.

What do you like about your work?
I have always been good with numbers and working in finance means to understand and controll Univention’s business activities through the numbers.

Why do you like working at Univention?

Furthermore, I find it motivating that we strive together for digital sovereignty and thus actively shape the future. I also find it excellent that we have a lot of freedom where and how we do our work. In addition, everyone here is free to get involved in exciting topics and is encouraged to contribute their opinions and good ideas.
And finally: What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy cooking and traveling, playing soccer and reading books in my free time.
