KIX 2016 now replaces KIX4OTRS by c.a.p.e. IT
Our partner c.a.p.e. IT now offers the service desk management solution KIX 2016 in our App Center. This solution replaces the previous app KIX4OTRS 7. It is based on a fork of the ticketing solution OTRS 5 with which the company wants to create better conditions for building a strong community for users and partners.
