Our partner c.a.p.e. IT now offers the service desk management solution KIX 2016 in our App Center. This solution replaces the previous app KIX4OTRS 7. It is based on a fork of the ticketing solution OTRS 5 with which the company wants to create better conditions for building a strong community for users and partners.

- Integration of system monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga,…)
- Integration of Groupware, CRM, ERP
- Integration of AD / LDAP
KIX 2016 is open source-based and c.a.p.e. IT provides a safe migration path for it.
