It includes support for UEFI Secure Boot, the central App Center for the comfortable App administration, further improvements of the responsive design of the completely redesigned graphic interface of the UCS management system especially concerning smartphones and the updated packages from Debian 7.7.

The release candidate of UCS 4.0 is available as DVD-ISO for amd64. The installed system is configured to retrieve package updates from testing.univention.de. It allows to easily follow the development of UCS 4.0 by just updating the packages. The release candidate is meant exclusively for testing purposes rather than production use.
