GitLab is a complete DevOps platform that combines all functions for collaborative software development from project planning and source code management through continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) to monitoring and security in a single application.

GitLab began as an Open Source project with the goal of helping teams collaborate on software development. By continually providing new functionality, GitLab now provides an application for the entire software development and operational lifecycle. It provides everything you need to manage, plan, build, verify, package, publish, configure, monitor and secure your applications.

About this app

The GitLab App in the App Center contains the GitLab Enterprise Edition. Without an Enterprise license, all features of the GitLab Community Edition are available in the app. In order to use the additional functions of the GitLab Enterprise Edition and to receive support, you need a GitLab subscription starting with the level "Starter". You can test GitLab "Ultimate" with a free 30-day trial license. For more information, see Community Edition or Enterprise Edition.
