We are happy to announce a strategic partnership between Univention and the server manufacturer Thomas-Krenn with the objective to cooperate in the marketing of UCS. Thomas-Krenn supplies various Open Source products and for a long time the company has been supporting outstanding Open Source solutions in the context of the annual Thomas-Krenn Open Source sponsorship. Its onlineshop for server systems ranks first in Europe.
As a first common marketing measure, the efficient server hardware by Thomas-Krenn has been certified for UCS. Hard and software now complement each other perfectly and Thomas-Krenn customers can buy certified hardware with pre-installed UCS on demand in the Thomas-Krenn onlineshop.
Additional joint marketing activities such as roadshows and webinars are being planned.
