From now on, the IT service management solution KIXbox of our partner c.a.p.e.IT in Chemnitz is available in the Univention App Center. Via this new UCS component, KIXbox can be easily installed and tested.
KIXbox is an IT service management solution for the implementation of IT service processes. The suite includes UCS, Nagios and KIX4OTRS. The solution is preconfigured and can be extended by further, different modules (inventory, CTI, knowledge data base, …). In the following can be found a selection of the most important supported service processes:
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Service level management
- Configuration management / CMDB
- Event management
- Workflow management
- Operation management
