With the app appliance Collabora Online Development Edition (CODE) with ownCloud you install CODE with an already integrated and preconfigured ownCloud. Once you completed a simple graphical setup with a web-based administration interface, you can use the online office and cloud file sharing solution directly.
In the appliance, ownCloud is already preconfigured as data storage for CODE. The plugin required for the Online Office solution is already included. This way you save the additional effort of installing and configuring a data storage plugin.
After a few steps such as commissioning and registration, the appliance can also be used offline.
