The Business Integration Server (B.I.S.) is used to synchronize contacts in address books, tasks and appointments between various office applications like Email and CRM.
 
How can the B.I.S. help you?
The Business Integration Server is designed for all companies with customer management. The goal is to avoid error-prone and manual data maintenance between different applications.
 
What does that mean for everyday life?
For example, you use your email program to create a new address record and a task to send contract information. The new customer address and the task are automatically synchronized to your in-house CRM, so that colleagues can take care of sending the desired documents without any delay. Result: the customer is happy about the fast service and you can take care of the next new customer.

What does that look like for the administration?

A web-based user interface makes it easy to set up different data sources for synchronization. The configuration takes place via prefabricated, extensible templates, so that you can start your synchronization fast and nevertheless individually. The modular design and the open architecture allow an easy expansion of the system with connectors for further data sources. Once the device is completed, the B.I.S. runs reliable in the background without extensive maintenance.

This product is a free limited-time trial (30 days).
The single price is 90 € per user per year, whereby the basic package contains a minimum of 5 users (price list).
