What you can expect

Analyze and understand the IAM requirements of our customers and their IT architectures
Transform requirements into specifications and develop appropriate measures from there
Understand complex correlations of a technical nature as well as decision-making processes on the customer side
Advise and support our customers to use UCS optimally and according to its strengths
Contribute significantly to the satisfaction of your customers and at the same time to the achievement of Univention’s goals

What we expect

You have expertise in Identity & Access Management and complex IT architectures
You have a quick grasp of complex and exciting projects
You have good communication skills: from listening and persistent questioning to clear and binding communication
You work in a team with colleagues from development, sales and support to find the optimal solution for our customers
You have a confident demeanor and can keep track of things even in work-intensive phases
