We are continuously growing and are looking for reinforcement for our sales team. Together with six colleagues, you sell our products mainly in the DACH region. You work successfully and virtually both with your team and with customers. You are active throughout Germany. At the same time, you are independent. Whether at home or in the office: experience a team that supports each other, has a lot of fun together, and is enthusiastic about open source.

  • You drive the sales of our market-leading products in the “Enterprise” customer segment and ensure the achievement of our sales targets via a well-filled opportunity pipeline.
  • You convince new and existing customers of our products, both on the phone and in-person or remotely, and actively accompany all parties involved in the process until a successful conclusion is reached.
  • You look after our channel partners, support them in identifying potential customers and accompany the partners in customer projects.
  • You stimulate and drive the team forward, give open feedback and successfully integrate all the resources required for your projects.

What We Expect

  • You communicate successfully at all levels with the customer.
  • You have experience in the sale of IT products in the B2B environment. Ideally, you also have experience with customers from the public sector.
  • You enjoy working with channel partners and have experience in setting up a channel sales model.
  • You are passionate about digital sovereignty and can identify new business opportunities to leverage our innovative technologies.
  • You are successful in building networks with customers and partners.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You organize yourself independently and work in a results-oriented manner.
  • You have either completed a business or technical degree or have acquired the necessary knowledge in another way.
  • You are business fluent in German. Business fluent in English is a plus.
