What Awaits You

  • You are responsible for the qualification and generation of leads.
  • Whether by telephone, by form, or through the ticket system – you process customer inquiries and ensure that our sales managers can successfully make contact with qualified prospects.
  • You conduct conversations with prospects and consistently qualify their requirements to identify potential customers.
  • You follow up on resulting projects together with our sales managers and/or our sales partners until completion.
  • As a competent contact person on our switchboard, you routinely deal with the concerns of our customers.
  • You always support our system house partners with words and deeds.
  • You also support us in processing offers and orders and handle smaller orders independently.

What We Expect

  • You are interested in software solutions that require explanation and ideally already have experience in selling such solutions.
  • You find it easy to understand your customers’ requirements in detail to find suitable solutions for them.
  • You have experience in the commercial handling of sales processes.
  • You work in a precise and structured manner.
  • You have a proactive working style to ensure that our Sales Managers can successfully meet every challenge.
  • You are well-versed in the use of modern process tools/databases.
  • You have a strong service mindset, including engaging in communication with (potential) customers.
  • You communicate fluently in German and well in English.
  • You have completed commercial or technical training.
