Linux Support Engineer (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• As a member of our support team, you are the technical contact person for our customers with questions and problems regarding our Linux-based products.
• You handle and coordinate the communication, for example via telephone or the ticketing system.
• You solve incoming support requests independently, with the support team or, in the case of 3rd level requests, in cooperation with our developers.
• You will help to maintain and expand our knowledge database.
• You identify optimization potential and help to improve our customer experience.
• You ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

What we Expect

• You have several years’ experience in Linux system administration.
• You like to analyze and solve IT problems.
• You are communicative and enjoy dealing with customers.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working is a natural part of your job.
• You are fluent in German and have a solid knowledge of written and spoken English.
• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in computer science or have acquired the relevant knowledge elsewhere.
