Your part in our company:

  • As a member of our support team, you are the contact person for our customers with questions and problems regarding our products, mainly Linux server use.
  • You will take over and coordinate the communication via telephone, ticket system or mail.
  • You solve the incoming support requests independently, in the support team or for 3rd level requests in cooperation with our developers.
  • You will help us to maintain and expand our knowledge database.

Here‘s what you bring:

  • A successfully completed vocational training in computer science or a subject-related course of study.
  • A desire to analyse and solve IT problems.
  • Sound knowledge of Linux or Windows.
  • An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
