Your Role: Communicative Sales Management with Everything Under Control

  • You will handle customer inquiries received over the phone, via forms, and via OTRS and ensure that our sales managers are always able to contact interested parties successfully.
  • You will also help us to handle offers and with ordering processes, process smaller orders independently, and maintain the product guides in our App Center.
  • We know that the billing of our services and subscriptions is safe in your capable hands.
  • As a competent contact partner in our telephone exchange, you will deal with our customers’ matters with ease and experience.
  • You will always be on hand for our system house partners with tips and practical assistance.
  • You will also help us with securing participants and preparing offers for training sessions.

Your Profile: Simply Convincing

  • Successfully completed vocational business qualification
  • Experience in the handling of sales processes and a precise, forward-looking approach to your work in order to ensure that our sales managers are equipped to master any challenge successfully
  • Familiarity with the latest process tools / databases
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • Profound technical understanding and well-developed concept of service, including binding communication with (potential) customers
