Your part in our company:

  • You will be responsible for the implementation and (further) development of a successful recruitment process: from improving the job profile and selecting suitable recruiting activities to carrying out and analysing the measures taken
  • You will employ classic recruiting channels expertly, while developing and testing innovative new approaches at the same time.
  • You will identify suitable candidates through Active Sourcing and establish personal contacts with them.
  • You will build up a pool of potential candidates and maintain contact with them.
  • You will develop and maintain strategic networks and present our company as an employer at trade fairs and events.
  • You will optimize our employer branding and further develop our visibility as an employer.
  • You will work closely with human resources management, marketing and the specialist departments.

Here’s what you bring:

  • A number of years of professional experience in the field of HR recruitment either in a company or at a recruitment agency – ideally with reference to IT.
  • Enjoy actively approaching people and cultivating contacts.
  • Excellent knowledge of classic and innovative communication channels.
  • A high affinity for indicator-controlled procedures and an independent approach to your work.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Passion, empathy, and a strong will to succeed combined with a winning, professional approach.
  • Eagerness to take on responsibility for the success of your work, courage to explore new directions, and the desire to further your own horizons continuously.
