Freelancer / IT Consultant Linux Administration

What Awaits You

  • You advise and support our customers within large and complex Linux-based IT infrastructure projects.
  • You accompany projects from planning to implementation and install or configure Linux-based systems.
  • You are independently responsible for taking over and implementing sub-projects and work together with colleagues from systems engineering and development.
  • You have experience in collecting together a customer‘s requirements and subsequently creating requirement and technical specifications.
  • You report proactively to the project management and exchange ideas with them on project development.
  • You are the direct contact person for the customer during the project and regularly inform them and your team members about the project’s progress.

What We Expect

  • You have already gained experience in the implementation of Linux-based projects.
  • You communicate actively and openly so that you can successfully advance projects together with all participants.
  • You have experience in the administration of Linux systems, ideally with Univention Corporate Server.
  • You organize yourself independently and work in a results-oriented manner.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
