What Awaits You

  • You search for suitable candidates for our positions in business networks using active sourcing and make contact with them.
  • You conduct telephone and video interviews with suitable applicants and candidates.
  • You are jointly responsible for applicant management and control application processes in cooperation with the specialist departments.
  • You support the research and implementation of personnel marketing measures and take responsibility for your projects.
  • You work together with your team on exciting HR projects.

What We Expect

  • You know about recruiting and active sourcing / direct search.
  • You have a routine in conducting targeted interviews with applicants and candidates.
  • You have a well technical understanding and can quickly learn various IT tools.
  • You inspire others with your open and authentic manner.
  • You work in a structured, committed, and independent manner.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business administration or social sciences.
