Active Sourcing Researcher for the Open Source Software Community (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

  • As a member of our 5-person HR team, you will be responsible for filling our open positions
  • Active sourcing across the full mix of channels (social networks, events, hackathons, etc.)
  • Establish a network in the open source software community to target potential candidates
  • Develop a concept and measures for building this network
  • Make your activities measurable with facts and figures and continuously draw conclusions from them
  • Use and extend existing employer brand and social media concepts and activities
  • Classic recruiting tasks, such as conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

Your Know-How

  • Many years of successful active sourcing experience to fill the applicant pipeline right out of the gate
  • Ability to attract qualified applicants for the full range of open positions at Univention (technical and non-technical positions, leadership and professional positions)
  • Good understanding of (open source) software or affinity and willingness to learn the ropes
  • Experienced in the preparation of figures, reporting and analysis
  • Enthusiasm to shape the building of a technical community
  • Ability and pleasure in networking
  • Additionally, experience in social media or the further development of an employer brand is desirable
  • Experience with recruiting or employer branding campaigns is also desirable
