We are happy to offer a new app in the Univention App Center – the Maildisclaimer app from bitbone.
With this software solution, companies can now easily create and manage email disclaimers, also known as mail signatures or email footers, for Postfix MTA-based emails and groupware systems in the UCS management interface.
Legally required information or special promotional images can be appended to all your outgoing emails, simply by entering the desired content in the UCS administration interface. This ensures that these requirements are met for all outgoing emails. In addition, the app also enables you to implement a unified look for your signatures to support your corporate identity or to use it for promotional purposes.
