From now on, the service management solution KIX4OTRS 6.0 from the company c.a.p.e. IT is available via Univention App Center which offers, among other features, ergonomic, tried-and-tested user interfaces and extended integration possibilities for existing data. KIX4OTRS 6.0 can be installed and integrated in Univention Corporate Server (UCS) with a few clicks and managed within the Univention Management Console so that all the data concerning IT users and service employees do not have to be entered twice any more.
Some of the highlights of KIX4OTRS 6.0 are an interactive CI graph for a clear display and quick linking possibilities of the IT inventory as well as the simple navigation through the IT landscape. In addition, the solution was extended by hierarchical text bodies for the easy sorting of pre-defined text templates according to categories and by central search templates for diverse service teams which can be subscribed to.
With this new update in Univention App Center, c.a.p.e. IT announces the end of the former versions and recommends an upgrade to version 6, which will be installed in parallel to the previous system. c.a.p.e. IT also offers additional support for the transfer of data from the previous releases to the new system.
